I've been collecting Qantas Points for over 15 years. What started as a way to visit family in North America turned into a system that now earns me millions of points every year, without spending more money.

In the last 12 months I've earned over 1.8 million Qantas Points through everyday spending, gift card stacking, and credit card strategies. I redeem every point at a minimum of 5.5 cents, meaning I only ever use points for Business Class or First Class flights.

The redemptions

In the past year I've redeemed points for flights to Hong Kong, Vancouver, and a 10-flight Oneworld Classic Reward itinerary for two, flights that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars in cash.

Why Point Ventures
